Term and Condition of Bookings

1. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a deposit or full payment as per the agreed terms.

2. Payment Policy
Full payment must be made before the tour/service begins. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
– Cancellations made 30 days before the tour will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made 15–29 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour are non-refundable.

4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 7 days before the original booking date.

5. Changes & Modifications
Any modifications to the itinerary (e.g., additional services, change of dates) may be subject to extra charges and availability.

6. Liability & Responsibility
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, accidents, delays, or cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or third-party service failures.

7. Travel Documents & Insurance
Guests are responsible for ensuring their passports, visas, and other necessary travel documents are valid. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

8. Health & Safety Requirements
Guests must inform us of any medical conditions, dietary restrictions, or special requirements at the time of booking.

9. Code of Conduct
Guests are expected to respect local customs, laws, and cultural sensitivities. Any misconduct may result in immediate termination of the tour without a refund.

10. Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify tours due to unforeseen events such as extreme weather, political instability, or other force majeure situations.
