Payment and Refund policy

1. Payment Policy
Full payment must be made before the tour/service begins. Deposit 50% when booking made and balance 3 days before arrival. Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, or other agreed methods.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
– Cancellations made 30 days before the tour will receive a full refund.
– Cancellations made 15–29 days before the tour will receive a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour are non-refundable.

3. Force Majeure
We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or modify tours due to unforeseen events such as extreme weather, political instability, or other force majeure situations.
